Adult NDIS Social Art Groups

on the Gold Coast

NDIS Adult Groups

Spotty Dog Studio's NDIS Adult Groups provide a welcoming and fun environment for individuals aged 16 and over to explore their creativity and connect with others in the community. Our experienced facilitators lead a variety of workshops, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and beading, that are tailored to the individual interests and needs of the participants.

These workshops can provide a range of benefits for adults with disabilities, including improved self-esteem, social skills, communication skills, and fine motor skills.

Express Yourself!

Art can also provide a way to express emotions and feelings in a non-verbal way, which can be especially helpful for people with communication difficulties. In addition, art can provide a sense of achievement and purpose, which can be important for mental health and well-being. Participants are encouraged to work collaboratively and form connections with their peers in a safe and supportive space.

Our studio spaces are wheelchair accessible and have accessible toilets, and support workers or carers are welcome to join the workshops at no additional cost. The cost of the workshops varies depending on length, type of workshop and how many participants are in the group, and participants may be able to use their NDIS funding to pay for the workshops.
